So uncomfortable sitting at desk

I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant and I’ve been getting so uncomfortable when sitting at my desk at work all day...I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but whenever I’m in the office I get the worst stomach ache and extreme bloating and just feel really uncomfortable. It’s kind of like that trapped wind stomach ache where you just feel like you need to deflate, or it could be water retention not sure but my stomach feels twice as big and super tight / Hard.

It doesn’t happen at all at the weekend and goes away when I get home and lay down for 15 mins or so so can only think it will be the sitting. Anyone else had this and know how to help ease it? I’ve got quite a petite frame and huge bump so it’s really hurting my back when it gets this swollen. I’m planning on working till the birth pretty much so want to try improve before I get bigger!

I had this from fairly early in pregnancy as the baby was putting pressure on a vein when I was sitting - I felt bloated and uncomfortable would often black out on my way back from work when the circulation returned. GP was willing to write me a letter suggesting I work from home but my manager suggested it before he could. I find being on a reclining chair with my legs straight and elevated really helps.
