Do I need to go to the doctors

I am 24 weeks pregnant and am someone who rarely goes to the doctor. I seem to have some sort of stomach bug this weekend and have been throwing up. Is this something I should go to the doctor with? If I wasn't pregnant I wouldn't think twice about it.

wouldn't bother tbh there is even less they can give you because you are pg. Just keep up with fluids etc.

No I wouldnt go either.
Theres nothing thye can do.

Like lilyloo said, keep your fluids up. Plenty of water and try to avoid caffine drinks as this will prevent your iron absorbtion.
