Leaking waters?

Hi all. I'm 37+3, first baby, and for the past couple of days I've felt rather damp in my underwear. It's not discharge, it soaks into my underwear. Could it be my waters or is it more likely to be pee/sweat? It appears colourless but that's not to say it's not pee I suppose!

If you’re unsure, go get checked out. I have 4 dc and my waters have always gone with a questionable trickle and never a gush. I was very overdue with my last baby and woke up unsure if my waters had gone, but with contractions. I went in and they have a swab they can do which can tell if it’s your waters- the midwife was doubtful mine had gone but by the time we got there I was sure they had, and I was right. It has a very specific smell too, you’d know it wasn’t wee. Good luck to you xx

If you haven't spoken to a midwife yet please do, and I would insist on being seen rather than just a phone consultation. I felt my waters leaking from 35 weeks but was repeatedly fobbed off, a scan later found I had less than 3% fluids left.

Wear a pad to monitor it. Some mw will want to see it.
