Painful cramping after sex.

Bit of a personal one... I am 18 weeks pregnant and last night after sex with my other half I had pretty severe cramping that lasted for about 5-10 minutes and then stopped. The pain almost had me in tears it was pretty bad. Is this anything to worry about? Anyone else had anything similar? It has never happened during my pregnancy so far, so am freaking out a little...

I’ve had this a few times whilst not pregnant... didn’t get much action whilst I was pregnant. Can’t really help much more than that I’m afraid

I have contractions after orgasms and when I googled it all of the reputable websites said it was quite normal. I imagine it's something to do with the production of oxytocin.

I always had this. In fact it was this that first made me think I was pregnant as it was so strange!

Had this every time i orgasmed while pregnant with my now daughter safe to say we only had sex a handful of times the whole 9 months 🤣
4+4 now and DTD last night and luckily it didn't happen 🤞
