Feels like I've been punched between the legs

I'm 37+2 and have woken up to feel like some one has litterly punch me in between my legs it's so painful that I can barley move has any one had this an been a sign baby is coming or is it just another pregnancy symptom tia xx

Can't be 100% sure. I felt like this pretty early on and it turned out to be SPD/PGP (same thing different names). Have a look online and see if you think they symptoms sound like you, if they do see if you can get a physio referral. They'll be able to give tips etc to help you manage but the only cure is childbirth. I'm 37+5 now and very keen for him to make an appearance.

Same here. I'm only 31+2 so still a long way to go. As pp said it is probably PGP.

First thoughts are SPD / PGD but talk to your midwife!
