Is this a sign of early labour?

Hi all

I'm 33+4 and I'm having really bad period type pains , back ache and a stitch pain on the top left hand sign of my bump
Under my ribs- is this a sign that I may go into early labour ? Or just stretching etc?

When you say ‘period type pains’ are they coming and going? Or continuous? Taking your breath away? Are you having any pain or any problems urinating? It could be Braxton Hicks, could just be an awkwardly positioned baby, could be a UTI, could be preterm labour. I’d probably call the hospital and get looked at.

Not taking my breath away but the cramping is continuous - with the stitch under my ribs the pain is also through to my back and well as having lower back pain and a heavy feeling. I don't feel like tightenings

Also not pain or problems passing urine
