Faint lines or not

So I done some test yesterday and today you can see faint lines. 3 days before my period is due. I don’t usually test before hand I’ve always done it after I’ve missed a period and get a strong positive but something told me to buy some and test. Now I’ve done like 6 3 yesterday and 3 today all faint positive. (I will add a picture if I know how to as I’m new here) I’ve ordered some new brand ones in case they faulty but you can’t really get a false positive. So I’m wondering will they get dark or is this a early miscarriage.

There is no picture but hcg levels only go up i think its every 2 days or so, so testing daily might not bring up darker lines. You are better off using a frer as they are the most sensitive.

I would wait till your period is late and test mid next week but ive always been told top you cant really get false positives so if a line is there i would say you are pregnant x

@boymommy3 yer you can’t set a false positive tbh. How do I add a picture?

I have done one this morning and have a very faint line. I'm due on on Wednesday and it's my husbands birthday on Thursday so I wanted to tell him then if I am. I had a miscarriage in August so this would be amazing news. I don't want to get too excited though!

@TheWingItWife that is what mine look like I’m due on Tuesday and I’ve never tested before my period before so never know what it should look like, I’ve always tested after a missed period and got a good positive so I’m hoping this gets darker and it’s not a miscarriage going on. Good luck.

So I tested agin this morning and still a really faint line. I think it’s going to be a early miscarriage tbh. I test again Tuesday as that is when I’m due on and I don’t usually test until at least 2/3 days late and I’m testing early so who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

Early years are always faint - mine weren't dark until a couple of days after a period would have been due.
If you're not sure get a FRER as they'll be the darkest - but even then a faint line didn't mean a miscarriage is happening/going to happen it can just be late implantation.

@bipbop2020 I ordered some today they coming tonight so I will do one in the morning.ive never tested before a period always after and that’s usually 3-5 days after a missed period and they always been a strong positive. 1st I had a faint line then at 9 weeks I had a miscarriage. 2nd a super strong line at 12 weeks scan found out it was twins lol & the 3rd again super strong positive only one lol so this one will be 4th so I’ve like half and half. I don’t want to get excited until I see a super strong line then I be happy 😃😃😃

OP that’s exactly how mine looked at 4 weeks and now I’m 24 weeks! If you have a Tesco near you pick up a couple of their own brand tests cause they’re really sensitive and after getting similar results to yours on the Friday, I had (still faint but definitely there) positive lines with the Tesco ones on the Sunday. The first pic I’ve added was my first one and the second was my Tesco one 2 days later. Hope this helps and good luck!! Xx

@lj102xo I don’t have a Tesco near by. I have test from eBay and amazon and I’m waiting on a fr rest from on amazon tonight. I’ve done about 10 test 🤦🏼‍♀️Lol and all are faint positives. Surely they all can’t be wrong lol. I would add a picture but I don’t know how someone said a little clip under the comment but I can’t see one 🤷🏼‍♀️

So I did a Clearblue I’m 1-2 weeks pregnant test are still faint tho so not getting hopes up just yet until I see a darker line

I've had really faint lines for over a week now! They aren't getting weaker but not getting any darker either! They are mega faint! Can't upload photo as I'm new! Should I go with the saying a lines a line??
