How do I know if I'm feeling movements or not? I'm 19 weeks and starting to feel little popping sensations every so often, but is this baby or is it something else like wind etc? How do you know the difference?😂

Your uterus at 20 weeks it should be about your belly button, so whatever movements are under your belly button could be baby. They’ll get stronger with the weeks going by and you’ll learn do distinguish.

You can't know for definite but at 19 weeks I would guess at least a few of the sensations you have felt have been baby.

If you are asking the question, I think it's probably baby! You know what wind/gut feel like - so if it's not quite the same then it's probably the baby. I started feeling movements about 19 weeks and was the same, little pops. Not clearly a baby but different to anything I'd felt before!
