I have been on clexane 40mg since 8 weeks pregnant at the advice of my Greek fertility clinic(baby is not an IVF baby but I fell pregnant the week I was supposed to fly out). I had my consultants appointment a couple of weeks ago and he was happy to keep me on them as I will have to go on 60mg from 28 weeks anyway. I am now 14 weeks and was coping fine, the odd occasion bruise but most days no bleeds whatssoever. The last week or so, I have been bleeding almost every injection, just a droplet of blood but very disappointing. I'm not sure if this is normal as I know we get increased blood flow after 12 weeks but has anyone else experienced it. I'm not sure if I should be worried or not, skin on my belly seems to be alot tougher than before. I am also getting tiny blood spots after which is new as well.
