Baby Movements Changed 22 weeks

I wonder if anyone can give me some perspective. For background, during this pregnancy I have struggled tremendously with anxiety and have been constantly thinking about miscarriage/preterm labour, even though there is no reason to suspect that I might have one.
This is my third baby, I have two boys aged 4 and 3 so I started feeling movement really early this time, I think the first real movement I felt was at 11 weeks - I was on an airplane and it made a fairly rough landing, baby definitely kicked!
So this baby has been really active for a few weeks already, on both the 12 week and 20 week ultrasounds it did not stop moving and turning. However, the last two days the movement seems to have changed a bit. The baby is still moving quite a lot, I've felt a good deal a movement even writing this, but the movements are less 'poky' and feel more like baby rolling over - I haven't felt many strong kicks like I was feeling til now...
I'm worried and anxious about it, and wondering how rational I'm being seeing as baby is still moving a very lot? To go to be checked would be a major hassle as I have two little boys to look after, plus I've been very weak and in a lot of pain so I really don't want to do anything but stay in bed when I can!
Baby is definitely moving a lot, just in a slightly different feel? Could I just be getting used to it, or baby changed position? My bump feels like it just grew again, so maybe things are just shifting? Or should I worry?
Sorry for the long post!

I would call your midwife and ask them to get a definite opinion, but I was told by my midwife that up until about 28 weeks, as long as you're feeling something they're not too worried - they don't expect them to have such a regular pattern of movements until then.

Thanks, @realmermaid!
The movements have basically gone back to what they were - doesn't stop me worrying of-course...
Will speak to my midwife when I have an appointment this week.

I was worried when my baby started moving a lot more and I went to get it checked out. They couldn't have been nicer at the hospital and said I'd done the right thing even though it was fine. So don't hesitate to get it monitored if it happens again.
