Hi everyone, after 3 years of trying to conceive, I’m finally pregnant through IVF. I had a scan on Monday which was 6weeks + 4 days and they said that there were two yolk sacs (only one embryo implanted so it split) and they could see a baby in one but not the other. They said they weren’t sure if there was a heartbeat but both yolk sacs were small. I’m going back on Monday for another scan but am going out of my mind with worry. The doctor was visibly concerned. Has anyone experienced something similar and then had a positive result on the next scan? Thanks so much.
