Been for thirds growth scan baby was on 50th centile both times before now is on 20th centile so have another booked for two weeks with consultant after to make decision , midwife said they will be happy if she stays on 20th it goes above just not below again!
I'm 34 weeks on Friday so on next scan will be 35+4 awaiting oc diagnosis (had twice before and signs showing awaiting blood results)
Anyone had this? What will options be at next scan ?

Did a doctor or specialist midwife review you after the scan today? Is your baby moving well? What gestation were you for previous scans?
I'm assuming you are under the care of a consultant due to your history of OC? What symptoms have you got of OC at the moment? Who is going to give you blood results & when?
So many questions- sorry- I just feel this is a complicated, multi-factor situation that you need a specialist to review in total.

So today I saw sonographer then just a midwife no specialist at all I am 34 weeks so I started having 2 weekly scans due to reduced movements and my history with oc, delivers previous kids 35/37 weeks they are 16-11 so it's been a while! I am under a consultant however only met him once very early on them saw his registrar after 29 weeks scam so before any of this really! So I have my next scan at 36 weeks well just before on 21st nov and consultant after , which I was booked on for anyway to book my c section (had two emcs previous) and to see about the oc
So I have constant itching at night totally unbearable! Last BA were 9 three weeks ago and I should have had done today but thought I would hang on till my own midwife on Monday! Currently only taking piriton! Think that's everything 😂🥰

Ah and baby is moving ok at minute Infact feels like she's coming out half of time! I've had two episodes of reduced movements which I've been monitored for and what kicked off the scans x

I honestly think you need a medical review ( with bloods) sooner rather than later. Here are national guidelines for OC that may be useful www.rcog.org.uk/globalassets/documents/guidelines/gtg_43.pdf
The combination of apparent significant dropping of growth trajectory and your history of OC makes me uneasy. Hopefully this is an over reaction from me based on only knowing a bit about your situation but diagnosis by Internet forum is a dangerous game.

@Nanmumandmidwife yes I understand and am grateful for your input, my consultant seems happy with 39 week c section regardless of oc, I know things have changed with protocol since my last I just don't understand really why , and as you say with drop and history you would think someone would be a little more worried but just seems to be me! Also the last scan (2weeks ago) and this one took 4 Attemts to get a decent blood flow recording through cord , both said was due to baby moving but this worried me! Do you think my appointment in two weeks time is ok? I am going to ring midwife tomorrow for blood test and not wait any longer just feel like I'm pestering her as upto now my bloods have been ok apart fr been anemic c
