Hi I’m 39, my 5th pregnancy I’ve only the one child, 3 miscarriages over the ten years, I was doing so well up until today, I’m having cramps low right side, no spotting just pains, cramping I know its normal but would it be normal if I’m cramping from 11:30 today would normal pains last that long....
Any advice appreciated, my husband is in the airport & I don’t want to tell him until he gets home tis evening...

It can be normal as everything is starting to stretch they usually say aslong as isnt accompanied by bleeding... I would maybe give epu a call as they may want to check for ectopic x

I am 7 weeks and 2 days today and the last couple of days I was getting random fairly painful cramps and pains low down on and off and some low back pains as well, but no bleeding either. I was worried as I have never had a baby before so I didn’t know what was normal, so I booked in a private scan today and baby heartbeat was seen and all looked normal. Hopefully this reassures you, think it is quite common early on in pregnancy x

Thank you ladies, pain has gone but now I've (tmi) diarohea, I have come off a lot of medication as I've a few illnesses, so I'm booked in for an early scan next Thursday morning hoping with every inch of my life all goes ok x
