Cervical erosion or Cervical ectropion?

After light brown/ pink spotting for a week (stated by constipation after 2 days Blush, 2 days ago the midwife examined my cervix and found I have cervix erosion, which may cause the bleed.
I also had heavier bleed at week 6 and week 7, we didn't know what causes, maybe the same cervix erosion maybe implantation bleed.

Has anyone have or had cervical erosion in pregnancy, and the baby is doing fine? I heard that sometime the cervix is too sensitive and can't carry the baby when he/she grows.
Does your bleeding/spotting stops or last longer than 1 week or later in pregnancy? I have been spotting for a week - only when wiped couple times a day. Really anxious and want the spotting to stop.

@zoemelb
I bled very early on and then again recently at 24 weeks. They put it down to this. Bleeding stopped quite quickly and I was discharged from hospital. Baby is doing fine and I was told if it happens again to just go bck

I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and was told I had cervical ectropion around 9 weeks due to bleeding on and off. I have previously had a LLETZ so that might have something to do with it.

Mine just stopped around 12 weeks but I am now under consultant review. My advice would be to just try and relax and to contact EPU if the bleeding gets heavier / clots. HTH.

I bled for around 9 weeks on and off it was awful. They told me I have cervix erosion etc as well. It's all stopped now and I'm currently 22w pregnant with a healthy girl! Good luck with ur pregnancy OP, I'm glad u got an answer for your bleeding as well like I did xx

@amyyy333 : thanks for sharing, was it happening very frequent for you until 24 weeks? I just hope I wont need to go to EPU or A&E too often.
@gingerbiscuitqueen: the midwife told me the same, go home and monitor if red blood comes straight back.
@nicannie thanks. I hope the baby is doing well, and no worries for him/her. I am booking in another sex scan at 16 weeks (so 2 weeks from now) just for reassurance as well. Just taking one week at a time for now.

@zoemelb I did the 16 week private gender scan too... it's definitely worth it if you can afford it why not. It was great to see how the baby had grown and finally know boy or girl! Good luck x
