Baby Measures Perfectly for due date but doesn't add up to conception date?

Has anyone else had something similar?
I am due 17th Feb and when I had my 12 week scan I expected to be either 12 or 14 weeks but was told my baby was measuring 13 weeks.

At every other scan I have had the baby has been measuring for the same due date 17th Feb.

At my 4D scan the sonographer told me my baby was measuring bang on for 24 weeks + 5 days which rarely happens. The dates add up with the due date of 17th Feb but this doesn't make sense to me as the week I was supposed to have conceived my OH was away abroad on holiday for a week. Hence why I expected to be a week behind or a week earlier than what I actually am.

There's no issue my OH knows I am faithful but this was more just a curiosity question than anything else!

Did you track your conception to the exact day? Dont forget sperm can live upto 5 days after intercourse so from when you dtd you could of got pregnant any of those days.. x

Unless you know your ovulation date then you aren't going to be able to know exactly when you conceived as pp says, sperm can hang around waiting for the egg for several days. That said, the EDDs taken off scan measurements are averages - they assume you have a baby measuring the 50th centile, which may or may not be the case!
