Hey, so I'm 8 weeks and I've been feeling terrible. Constantly nauseous but only occasionally sick but it is draining and affecting me at work (I'm a cleaner), the only thing that seems to be making me feel better is greasy food like chips and hash browns. Now I obviously can't take a bag of chips or hash browns to work as I'm sure it will be questioned Hmm and no one knows except my boss.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, also is it weird that greasy food makes me feel better ?

Not sure what to suggest as everyone seems different. I ate a lot of mini cheddars! When I finally told people some said they were suspicious because I was eating them at 9am! Noone said any thing at the time. I also found sucking hard boiled sweets worked quite well and sipping ice cold water (lots of ice cubes). I think you have to see what your body let's you have and then go for the least obtrusive thing if you don't want people to ask questions. I had a sit down desk job as well - must be tough doing a physical job. Look after yourself. My sickness faded by 10/11 weeks. I've heard 8 weeks is the worst. Hope you feel better soon, you will feel normal again!

I was the same- obsessed with Kiev's and potato waffles. Extra strong mints and sherbet lemons got me through the between meal nausea

Myrtle and Maude Bon bons were good.

If really bad go to doctors don’t suffer I ended up in anti sickness medicine which really helped (tried a couple of different types to get the right one for me).
