What the hell is going on with my belly button? TMI!

I had a laparoscopy 2 years ago and the stitches never dissolved so since then it’s looked odd. I had DD 8 months ago and my navel went a bit weird but now I’m 11 weeks pregnant and painfully bloated...

It looks so weird! Like it’s got seeds in it!

What the hell is going on?

Didn't want to not reply, although have no idea of an answer. Just asked my partner (a nurse) who said he'd only worry if was sore/hot/inflamed or if you have fever type symptoms. However, this isn't the place for serious medical advice, so if you are worried, midwife or gp? Hopefully it's just getting stretched a bit?
