Olive Oil

I was told to start putting olive oil on my bits in order to help my skin stretch when I'm ready to pop.
Is this a thing?

It is true that perineal massage can help with vaginale birth. Olive oil is a good one but you can you almond oil or some other kinds that are fine for pregnancy.

I think I would much rather try almond oil as if I use olive oil the baby might think I'm going to smoke it out lol Grin xx
