Weight gain from 33 onwards

Hi all,

I am currently 33 weeks & was a bit surprised after checking my Ovia app yesterday which said that "you've almost reached the point where you don't get any bigger".

I was under the impression that I'd be gaining quite a bit of weight over the next 7 weeks (or until whenever the baby is born) & that my bump would be growing a lot more? How much weight / size did you all gain from 33 weeks onwards?

I found the Ovia app says some random stuff that doesn’t seem all that factually correct! Ovia kept telling me from about 9 weeks that my sickness would be getting less now.. yet most evidence suggests sickness peaks between 9-12 weeks! (I know everyone is different but going on an average).

My bump grew loads from 30-40 weeks and while I never weighed myself until I hit 40 weeks, I’m pretty sure I would have put weight on during that time frame!

Thank you - I really didn't expect that it would be correct since the baby is doing most of its fat gaining during this period.

Thankfully I hadn't gotten around to downloading the app by then (too busy being sick) & missed that, as my nausea & sickness definitely ramped up beyond 9 weeks, didn't feel semi-normal & stop being sick until 24 weeks & still have waves of nausea daily!
