Ideas for (subtle) gifts for pregnancy/baby?

Please bear with me as I may not be expressing myself clearly.

I'm currently pregnant, but my husband and I don't want to tell anyone yet. Our families have just asked us what we'd like for Christmas. I can't really think of anything I'd especially like, but thought it'd be a good idea to ask them for some items practical items for my pregnancy/the baby. The thing is, I don't want them to KNOW it's for that.

Does anyone have any suggestions for 'subtle' gifts that would help my pregnancy/baby? For example, I thought BioOil is pretty inconspicuous.

This may be an impossible ask and I'm just being silly, but perhaps there are gift ideas I'm not considering. Thanks in advance.

Vouchers for Debenhams / Boots / John Lewis would be more inconspicuous. However this would really piss me off if you were part of my family - I’d basically be good enough to give you ‘subtle gifts’ for pregnancy months in advance but not good enough to know about it.

I suspect most non baby items you'll need are minor. By Christmas you'll be another 7 weeks on, depending on how far along you are now could it be showing? You also won't be drinking (presumably). Why not just ask for baby things, they'll be pleased for you surely.

@BigFatLiar I doubt I'll be showing by Christmas. In any case my style of clothing is very loose and flowy, and I very rarely drink as a rule (a glass of wine once or twice a year), so no one will think twice about me refusing alcohol at Christmas. We are planning to announce it on Boxing Day when all the family is together in one place, hence the secrecy.

I had the same problem as was 7 weeks pregnant when I had my birthday! Asked for JL vouchers on the pretence I was after a new/specific pair of shoes, worked fine!
