Lower back ache in early pregnancy?

Hi all,
Currently 7w6. Yesterday woke with fairly painful lower back pain. Only seems to get relief when lying down. Not sure if I put something out while sleeping or if this is pregnancy related? Wondering if others have had similar experiences and how they have treated it. I’m a teacher and concerned about it improving for getting up and down to work with the kids on Monday. Considering going to a pregnancy physio or Osteo.

I’ve had some bad back pain and found the best way to soothe it was a hot water bottle! Yours may be more severe but I found this really helped!
