First trimester - hair, nails and skin - what are your experiences

What are your experiences? Did anything change? I’m noticing some skin changes - little rashes/clusters of small pimples on one side of my chin. Nails and hair have been really strong and glossy so far though! Hoping skin issue doesn’t get any worse :/

I'm spotty. Nails growing fast and strong. I think my hair would probably look nice if I had the energy to wash and style it

My nails have been like steel since about 9 weeks, I love it! Not sure about hair, but I think I'm losing less on my hairbrush than usual.

Glad I’m not the only one experiencing spots. Anyone know when the ‘glow’ starts?! 😅

My skin cleared up but I suffered terrible heat rash in my hands and arms!

My skin is great but no difference with nails / hair so far

Ohh my nails are incredible in pregnancy too! I usually have quite brittle nails but one of the first signs I’m pregnant is my nails going super strong! Same in both pregnancies despite having HG & barely eating for weeks!

My hair never changes.. I’m not someone who gets thicker hair sadly but on the plus, I didn't loose any after pregnancy either!
