In a bid to get pregnant I took folic acid, DHA and an extremely high dosage of COQ10. We have successfully conceived (please don’t quote it as being because of said pills) and I continue to take folic acid and DHA but unsure whether I should COQ10 but obviously not 3 tablets a day as before, more like 1.
Does anyone know whether I should continue to take it or stop now I’m pregnant. Many thanks
