Currently 18 weeks pregnant. Last Saturday I was having quite bad pains in my stomach which lasted a few seconds each time. This only lasted for about half an hour then stopped, very painful though! Now this evening my stomach has been tightening for around 10 seconds at a time and feeling quite uncomfortable. I don't want to ring up the hospital and waste anyone's time as I'm sure it's nothing, but I never had this with my first pregnancy so just wondered if anyone would have any idea what is going on!
