Hey

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and the last 4 days I have had the most uncomfortable feeling at the top of my abdomen which is making me feel very sick (all of a sudden can’t stomach meat or the smell of a lot of cooked foods) and I can barely manage half a slice of toast without feeling like I am about to be sick!

Has anyone had similar or have an advice? :(

I’ve had a relatively smooth pregnancy so far and didn’t have any morning sickness/off putting foods until now!☹️

I'm 35+6 and for the past few days I've felt really sick and can only manage small portions too! I just assumed baby was in a position which put pressure on my stomach etc!

Best of luck with your baby👶🏻

@Char1997 obviously if you're concerned call your midwife, are you able to drink plenty? I find eating little and often helps a lot. Hope you find some comfort soon!

Same. I found drinking lots of Indian ginger chai helped - it’s probably a combination of indigestion and trapped gas. Also, if you have a swiss ball then bouncing on it might help get the gas moving
