Hello,
I had old break cheese (boursin) Which was left out of fridge for few days and I Didnt know it.
I am 25 weeks pregnant. Is a chance it developed a listeria ? It says it is pasteurised ?

As far as I'm aware cream cheese is fine, that's what the NHS guidelines say anyway. And the company recommend that it's eaten before the best before. However that's a best before not a use by so unlikely to be harmful if eaten past that it just won't taste as good.
However even with the items that the NHS mark as "avoid" your risk is still low. I took down a massive pile of cured meats at about 11 weeks because I had no idea I wasn't supposed to. My wee guy is still completely fine in there if his current vendetta to keep me awake is anything to go by. Try to relax, you can't uneat it but from what I can see there will be no harm done.
