I suffered for 3 weeks feeling sick all day barely eating eventually went to the gp for help.

Try the usual home remedies of ginger, eat a little plain biscuit before you actually get up, keep hydrated etc. But it you're struggling speak to your gp mine gave me medication as I wasn't eating and signed me off work

Thank you for your advice! I wasn’t ready to tell work as of yet (7weeks + 2) but if I’m already feeling so under the weather maybe I should

@JAECARTER the sooner you tell work the sooner you're protected with pregnancy related sick leave etc.

I just keep some plain Rich Tea biscuits in my draw, when nausea waves come I nibble one and it seems to help!
I've not been physically sick yet luckily but I'm beginning to think the all day nausea is worst! ☹️

OP I feel you, honestly.

I feel sick all day, every day. Started last week (I am 9 weeks today).

I have chopped some fresh ginger root into a mug of hot water, I think it is taking the edge off.

Try not to go too long without food, and equally do not stuff your face, both will make you feel sick.

Luckily I am not actually being sick, but part of me thinks that would be better, at least the feeling would be relieved.

I think in reality, time is the only thing that helps most people.
At 9 weeks I felt dreadful 90% of the time and ok 10% of the time. At 15 weeks it’s switched the other way. 90% of the time I feel ok - not great, but ok. It’s a waiting game. I felt so so so awful. If this was my first pregnancy I’m not sure there would be a second child!! I got some tablets but they didn’t help, so I stopped after 5 days.
Eat something every 2 hours. Whatever you need to. Survival!!
Grim grim grim.

Water biscuits were in my teacher's desk drawer whilst feeling sick when pregnant
You have my sympathy

Fruit really helped me at the start. I tried to snack on crackers literally every 30 mins. It seemed I avoided the nausea as long as I was chewing!

The anti sickness bands worked a treat for me, whether it was in my head or not I'm not sure, but either way, they worked!

Water biscuits, ginger in hot water, lemon slice squeezed in cold water, crackerbread with vegan cream cheese... these are my go-tos.
10wks now and I swear it's been the worst so far this week. Hmm

Chewing gum helps me and yes water biscuits
