Implantation bleeding ?

Hello , I’m 19 years old . I’ve been throwing up sick the last two weeks doctors didn’t know what is was so took a pregnancy test came up negative . Then up and till now it started the day before yesterday, I woke up to this weird brown discharge and to cramps and headache . The discharge ‘blood’ wasn’t enough to feel a panty linear . The last day I had brown discharge was yesterday . I haven’t seen any today . But yesterday as I was having the brown discharge , I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative . Then today I woke up feeling like complete crap and I found a old new ovulation predictor test I haven’t used so I figured why not . I took it and it come back positive just a little faint . So when I was reading on this site this girl was asking “if I have implantation bleeding and I take a ovulation test will my pregnancy test come up positive?” and everyone told her yes she should have enough to tell her she’s pregnant since it came positive on the ovulation test . So my question is will that work for me ?

Should I take a pregnancy again now since my ovulation test came back positive ? Today is the day after my “brown discharge “bleeding” stopped

If you have had implantation bleeding a test wouldnt show up positive yet esp if it's only just stopped I would either wait a few days and get a frer test as they are rather sensitive or wait untill you have missed a period x

I had what I think was implantation bleeding on 19th June...didn’t get a positive pregnancy result until at least two weeks later,, might have even been longer than that.

Took a preg test this morning on my first pee and it came up with a faint line . Took one two hours later and it came up negative ? 🤔 I’m having all the signs and I’m like 3 days late . So I have to be can anyone help me out ???

@skylarw I can definitely see that positive, have you tested again since?
