Midwife told me the baby is engaged and to start doing things to bring on labour! Wondering what the best thing is to do? She thinks I could go this weekend if it works x

Walking, bouncing on the ball raspberry leaf tea. Nothing worked for me but could have been just me. The midwife suggested sex but u have to do it twice. I didn't go there!

Go for walks, something about the movement apparently helps the baby's head to 'bang' against your cervical and start things off

Good luck!

Acupuncture is a good option too if worried about being overdue

Due date isn’t until 2 weeks time and I’m booked in for a sweep on the 13th xx
