I'm 35+4 and haven't been offered these yet - is it too late?!

Flu jab I think is ok any time but I am sure the whooping cough had to be done before 28 or 30 weeks or so I was told? Although according to NHS website you can have it up to 38 weeks?

It isn't necessarily something they will keep reminding you to book, I was told about it and then left to book it with the doctors - no one has chased me to get it done

Practice nurse here. Not too late. You can have them both done right up until delivery (after 16 weeks for whooping cough). Get booked in.

It got mentioned to me at my 16 week app she asked me if I wanted it and then said go book in with the nurse. Luckily the nurse was available and did it straight away for me but I'm sure she said its before 28 weeks but I may be confusing that with something else give them a ring and ask if you can book in for it x

Thanks all - it's not even been mentioned to me, I've only had it bought to my attention via posters in hospital! I have a growth scan this afternoon so I'll see if I can get it done at the walk in vaccination clinic at the same time!

I had mine done at the same time as my 20 week scan - I hadn't booked in advance, they just asked if I had already had it done. Hopefully they can just give it to you when you're there.

It's usually something that is mentioned at booking in and/or 16 week appointment, but you have to remember to book them yourself, they won't remind you. Think you're just about ok for them though.
