Hi ladies.
I found i was pregnant a couple of weeks ago. Id be 6 weeks tomorrow based on lmp. I went to the doctors about some stomach pains i was having after having a misscariage around 4 months ago.
He said it may he ectopic due to the pains being on one side.
I hage a scan tomorrow to see if the peegnancyis in the right place.
Has anyone been through anything similiar and everything turned out okay.
Feeling slightly wortied about tomorros as this is my second pregnancy and the first one ended in miscarriage at 11 and a half weeks

Sending love. I understand why you are worried.
Your doctor is right to check, but many women do get abdo pains and everything is still fine.
The early pregnancy unit will check a pregnancy test and look on scan to try to identify the pregnancy sac. Not always very easy at 6 weeks, so you may need to go back again in another week or so.
Obviously, if pain gets much worse or you have heavy bleeding you should go to the A&E department at any time, but they will not be able to do the scan.
Hope all goes well.
