Is anyone else finding it really difficult to get comfy at night times?
I'm 36 weeks and I know it's best to sleep on the left, but it feels so uncomfortable for me so I give up and end up going to sleep on my right. Is this ok?
I'm so glad I've not got long to go!! Fed up now and just want him here😫

@sammylouise56 I'm exactly the same!! I'm 32 weeks now and just cannot get comfortable on my left side....it's fine for a while but then I'm just wide awake so end up turning into my right side. I don't remember which side I slept on even being an issue with my 1st. I know left is preferable but I think as long as it's not on your back then that's the main thing! Not long to go now!

It’s safe to sleep on either side but the left side is recommended in late pregnancy as it can help get the baby into the right position

I'm the same since I got a bump I've not been able to sleep on my left so I've constantly slept on my right. Aslong as your not on your back its fine for either side. X

Yep 36+1 here! I've been switching sides when I wake up each time - usually every 90 minutes. Weight of the bump is causing me serious discomfort in my glutes on the side I'm lying on ☹️
