I am planning on booking on to this fairly soon! I’ll be going on my own. I mainly think DH would find it relatively boring to be honest as the advice is so likely to be directed at mums so I’m letting him sit this one out!

Would you mind sending me the details to this as am in this area and using this hospital but havent heard about this and would like to attend xx

Sorry to jump in...

I'm not aware of this particular breastfeeding workshop.

My partner joined in on a workshop (pre baby so no boobs out) and it was so so helpful as he could help / advise / remember holds when things got tough (which they did for us) he also understood cluster feeding etc (and could ignore unhelpful MIL who said baby was hungry and needed formula) so even if he's the only man there it will be helpful for you both going forward.

If You're attending with baby then it may be a case whereby you're spending quite some time undressed with someone manhandling your boobs and baby's mouth into position in which case that would be nicer women only!

@mrsEG I'd happily let him sit it out but he's very keen!
@khall84 the number is 0161 291 2950. You can also book onto parentcraft classes using this number if you live in Manchester. Unfortunately I live in Trafford so can only access the breastfeeding class.
@Chillisauceboss sounds good to me - it is pre baby so everything you said made sense

In went to the parenting course before having a baby at stepping hill. It was 3 or 4 sessions, I think 3, and the last one was about feeding the baby. Everyone's partners were there. It was the most useful one. Definitely worth it. (The other ones were not useful tbh).
