Help!! Has anyone suffered this?? Any tips and remedies ! Driving me mad almost 20 weeks pregnant nose constantly dripping running sneezing want to itch my nose off arghhhhhh

I had this at 14 weeks, drove me insane. Fortunately it passed by 16 weeks and touch wood I haven't had it since.
Hopefully yours will pass soon, I found it was worse at night.

I had this around 16 weeks then again around 24 weeks. It's horribly annoying because i have asthma i was struggling to breathe at night because my nose was also blocked!
I found hot showers and rubbing vapor vicks on my back, throat and chest really helped.

I found Sterimar nasal spray relatively helpful last time. It’s a salt water spray that really clears out your nose! It stopped my nose from feeling so blocked & stuffy.

This pregnancy, I’ve nabbed my daughters cool mist humidifier we bought last winter to help her with constant colds.. it’s amazing! It magically unblocks my nose all night long, such a life saver!
