Hi, so I was(am?) pregnant with baby number 1. Clomid conception, 1st cycle. By my dates I’m 6 weeks today. Been bleeding on and off for the last week. Had hcg levels taken Saturday which was 440 which is low for this stage. Had an early internal scan today and they couldn’t see anything, no evidence of any pregnancy, but then maybe they could see something at another angle. They couldn’t be sure either way. Had bloods taken again today and have to have another scan weds.
Has anyone had similar and still had a viable pregnancy, i was all ready to be told today I had miscarried but now I don’t know. I feel like I’m clutching at straws.

Op can't offer advice I'm afraid but just wanted to wish you luck. I'm currently pregnant from chlomid 5 cycles at 100mg I know the heartache you've gone through to get here so I hope it works out for you. Are they sending you for another scan in 2 weeks? It could be too early to see

I have a clomid baby!
We had a first scan where they seen a very small sac and said it was empty and to prepare for miscarriage. I had the HCG bloods which were low - but did double after 48 hours, they then said this can happen and didn’t mean it was a viable pregnancy.
Two weeks later I had another scan - and was preparing to be told it was still empty, but there was a teeny tiny heart beat! I now have a 9 week old baby.
Good luck OP.

If I'm correct I don't think they can see anything on a scan until HCG is 1000/1200 ish

Hopefully your levels will have rose and once they are above 1000 you can get re-scanned
