Low lying placenta worried

I went for my gender scan at a private clinic last week it's not a hospital.at the scan the lady said my placenta was lying low she said not to worry it will probably move up as I'm only 17 weeks. I have read that previous c sections can be a cause of this which I've had with my last dc .has anyone else had any experience with this i always worry so much about stuff.
Just worried it could be harmful to the baby .

Mine was low at the 20 week scan. It's moved right up out of the way by 35 weeks. It was described to be as a bit like a dot on a balloon - as you inflate the balloon, the dot moves further away from the opening.

I have my 20 week scan in 3 weeks really hoping it's moved by then thank you for your reply.

In 9 out of 10 cases, the placenta will move so don't worry!
