Hi everyone,

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and still suffering from " morning " sickness that lasts all day !! the sickness has died down however since about 9 weeks pregnant i've not been able to eat meat, the sight of its making me feel sick, i tried a ham sandwich the other day and crunched into a fatty bit and i was sick i just cant eat it! i'm struggling with what to eat as a source of protein? any advise

Baked beans and cheese on a jacket spud?
Is very lean meat a possibility? Beef strips in a stir fry?
