Hi everyone,

So at 9dpo I was getting some wierd symptoms so I caved in and tested. I used a twin pack of cheap tests and they both came up with a faint positive (a few hours apart) within the 3 minute timeframe.
The next day (yesterday) my boobs were SO sore and felt bruised and heavy, slightly more sore than on 9dpo.
I did a clearblue digital test with FMU and it came up ‘pregnant 1-2 weeks’.

However, this morning I have woken up and my temp has dropped on my ovusense chart (I’m still using my sensor every night just to check my temps are ok till after my period). It was 36.85 on Saturday, 36.77 yesterday and is 36.68 today so there has been a slow decline. However, before that (ever since ovulation, it has jumped around a bit so it hasn’t always been up high the whole time. It’s ranged from 36.66 to 36.85).

Are a few smal temperature jumps ok in early pregnancy? Or could this slow decline possibly indicate a chemical pregnancy?

My main worry is that I’ve woken up this morning and the soreness in my boobs is pretty much non existent! However, I did another pregnancy test this morning just to check (it was another cheap one and isn’t meant to be used till the day of your missed period, which isn’t till Thursday for me). By it still came up with a faint positive (enough not to have to squint to see it, it’s very noticeable, just faint).

No sign of spotting or bleeding, just some very very dull period type cramps on and off, but nothing major. I still have Lots of watery/clear CM too.
What does everyone think? Do you think this could be a chemical, should I be worried? What were your signs of a chemical pregnancy and would I get positive tests 3 days in a row if it was?

I’m having major anxiety over this and just need some reassurance xx

For me the boob pain came and went, some days they would be so painful, then I'd have 3-4 days of nothing. No idea on the temp side of things, as I was never aware of that being a thing in all honesty. Symptoms can come and go though

@annlee3817 thank you for the reply. That’s reassuring to hear! I’m just getting myself all worked up because I think I get health anxiety anyway and just worry about every single little thing! I feel like it’s a miracle that I’ve got a positive anyway and still don’t believe it, so I’m almost thinking it’s too good to be true and am just waiting for something to go wrong! 🤣🙈 Did you feel like that? X

Huge congratulations 😊😊.

My symptoms came and went until 14 weeks. I constantly worried - I'm 16 weeks now and for the past two weeks apart from a bit of hip pain and headaches I feel fine. I've decided worrying won't change anything so I'm going to TRY and enjoy it.

I would also say try not to test too often. I got into a habit of testing lots and driving my boyfriend mad saying it hasn't got darker/ it's got lighter... if I'm lucky enough to have another I'll do two tests and try to stop. Xx
