Hi there
I have irregular periods and not 100% sure when I ovulate. Havent had a period since 4th September so did a pregnancy test on Wednesday and came back with pregnant. Couldn't believe it so had to do another one with weeks and came back positive too along with another one but I dont 'feel' pregnant?
Would appreciate any advice or reassurance as a bit worried something could be wrong?

There’s nothing to feel in early pregnancy to be honest.. baby is the size of a poppy seed & the horrible symptoms tend to kick in a couple weeks after a positive test. I’d have had no idea the first two weeks bar getting heartburn which is unusual for me.

Congratulations! If you are anxious, your docs can run some blood tests or they might just do a dip test if it’s very obvious. Then you wait until about 8 weeks to see a midwife and hope you don’t feel too poorly! Smile

Dont worry. I am about 8 or 9 weeks and i have had no symptoms at all other than 5 positive tests 3 weeks apart. Im waiting on my midwife appointment.

Honestly, early pregnancy can result in no symptoms at all. Even when they do kick in it’s very difficult to believe there is something in there sometimes!

Try and relax, your baby is the size of a sesame seed just now and once the symptoms kick in, you’ll be grateful for the symptomless weeks!

There's no such thing as feeling pregnant. Symptom spotting is pointless. I am 17 weeks pg and other than tender breasts I don't feel any different at all. I have never felt sick or had any strange tastes or anything like that.

Some people don't feel pregnant until the baby pops out! I'd believe the test....

I’m 28 weeks now and I still don’t ‘feel pregnant’ when baby isn’t kicking me in a rib. I never ‘felt pregnant’ but I didn’t have any morning sickness at all so I suppose I had nothing to go by.
