I am 5w+1 day and this is a shock as I am practically an OAP. Very worried as all 9 (yes 9) tests have been quite faint although the one I did first thing is slightly darker. Got sore boobies and am hungry quite a lot so I guess this means I'm pregnant. After reading lots of stuff online about becoming pregnant at 44 it seems this is less likely to stick and as I've had previous miscarriages I'm all of a dither with mixed emotions. Anyone else in my boat?!

I had a ds at 43. Ttc again at 44 with sadly chemical pregnancies (3) and a mmc at 8 weeks. Gave up after that.
You know it's a bumpy road op.
Fingers crossed for you.

My pregnancy at 44 was successful, but I remember I couldn’t help but worry every step of the way. Just take each day and week as it comes and I hope you too have a successful pregnancy. Good luck

I am 4+6 today and 43 yrs old. I had a miscarriage last July and a chemical this June and this time round I am terrified!
I do have other children too who I had when I was younger.
Last night my boobs suddenly stopped hurting and I hardly slept all night thinking it was all over again but then today they are hurting again and I do kind of feel pregnant.
It's going to be a long road isn't it but I am hoping when I get to 12 weeks I can start feeling happier about everything.

Ahh congrats to you! Similar to me then, history of non-stickers. Each morning is another day so I’m now 5+2! Off to buy a few more tests to make sure it’s not gone yet. Am totally obsessed!

How's it going? Have you done more tests? My nausea has started very badly this week so I am laying off the tests now . I had forgotten how horrible this feeling is though 🙁
Hope it is going well with you.

I'm 44 and currently 13 weeks pregnant. All looking perfect on the scans.
I had a mc at 40, or wonderful dd at 41, a blighted ovum at 43 and now this one, which will hopefully be fine.
Hoping yours is a sticky one.

I am 46 and pregnant with 3rd, now 28 weeks, totally shock, wasn’t planned, and thought wouldn’t stick. Downs test better result the my other two and that was 10 and 8 years ago.
If it’s meant to be it will stick good luck.
