Hi guys.

New to here as this is my first pregnancy!

I am anxiety ridden at the best of times but this is a whole new level! Il be 7 weeks tomorrow. I've had a fair bit of nausea, sore boobs and cramping last weeks but woke up today feeling a lot more like myself! Still tired but not really feeling sick and boobs arent as sore. On top of this, I stupidly check my Fitbit all the time and realised my resting heart rate is about 7/8 beats lower. It's driving me mad with worry. I have an early scan on Friday but please anyone with any reassuring positive stories on either of those problems please do tell!! Trying to stay positive but it's so hard when you're someone who thinks negative at the best of times!! Please help

Loss of symptoms was the reason I panicked and booked an early scan. Now 27 weeks with no complications, touch wood. I think it's pretty normal for symptoms to come and go. Every day is different.

I don't have a story of my own but I can relate..

Some days I feel so sick, headachey and my boobs are really really sore. Then other days I feel completely normal.

From what I've gathered (from stupid amounts of scrolling on the internet, I'm also a negative nelly a lot of the time) hormone levels tend to rise and then lower again and so is normal to feel different some days.

I've read loads of people say it's common and not to worry! So that's my reassurance for you! Smile

Congrats and try not to worry, lots of people say to appreciate the lack of symptoms although I like to feel rough and reassured

I went from being sick 10 times a day to waking up at 9 weeks to no sickness at all. I couldn't wait and I've just gone for a scan today at 9+2 and baby is fine and healthy. I was the same as you, literally crippled with anxiety worrying! Hope this puts your mind at ease a little s

Hi hun firstly congrats on the pregnancy!

It’s all very normal as you get surges of hormones at different times which is why you can feel rotten one day and then wake up feeling ‘normal’ the next! I’m now 30 weeks and definitely could do with a normal day so just try and male the most of them haha!! X
