4 weeks and BAD breast pain

Hey all!

I’m 4 weeks along with my first and I have been suffering really bad breast pain.

They have definitely gone up a cup size! (Much to my husbands delight) but I’m worried about the pain I feel when I lift my arms or stretch across.

Is this something I should be really worried about and is anyone else out there worrying about their level of breast pain?

It will ease off... this was my first symptom something I have never gotten with my other 2 pregnancies... before I found out i was pregnant this time round my boobs hurt so much. Even just if they brushed agenst something they killed this went on for a while but eventually eased off they even looked like they could burst as they went so full and up a size.

I wouldnt say it's something to worry about though if your in pain with them take paracetamol although not sure if it will actually help xx

It's the thing that's been bothering me most too - last week I even started getting shooting pains in my nipples. Like they were firing lasers Austin Powers-style. It all seems to have eased off now though. I'm a couple of weeks ahead of you.

I went out and treated myself to some nice new bras and a couple of soft bra tops to hang around the house and sleep in. To give my poor boobs a treat! Totally recommend it as a strategy to make you feel better
