I'm 20 weeks, do you think this is pregnancy related?

Yep. I could taste metal most of the way through my pregnancy...

devonsmummy · 16/08/2007 15:22

i had a metal taste too

jellyjem · 16/08/2007 15:26

Yeah thats it, metal, it tastes like I've just had a filing. I need to get some mints or something.

yep me too. I have a bag of foxss mints in my drawer and find they really help - with my nausea too which is still here

I had a thing for cloudy lemonade and sherbet lemons to get rid of the odd taste.

I had this at the beginning and still a bit now i'm also nearly 20 weeks. I think you must get a hormone surge around now as my morning sickness has come back and my breasts are hurting again.

Tasting nasty taste/metal taste means you must drink more water.

I've had something like that on and off. My midwife said that it had something to do with acid reflux, but I bet drinking more water would have helped, too.
