Is it normal to not feel my baby move for 4 days at 18 weeks as I normally feel it ever day and it's my second child

I think it can definitely be normal at this stage. But ring the midwife and explain and they'll tell you if you should come in. I had a similar situation at 21 weeks ( first baby ) and they said it's too early for a definite pattern yet. But call them please, so you don't worry!

@Trayvon1 I could have written this myself (turned 18 weeks on Friday). But trying to convince myself that it is due to me being on holidays and more active than my usual full time office work. I could feel baby even on the day of my 12 weeks scan (I have 2 kids already), then more and more often as time went on, but not so much this week. Makes me panic, if I was in London I would probably go to DAU, but here I don’t know where to go.

Hope everything's okay.

Cold drink, lay on your side and nice warm bath are usually what they advise.

As your only 18 weeks they do say their isnt so much if a pattern to babys movements and with baby not being really big at this stage if he/she has changed positions you probally wont feel as much, but always report a change in movements even if they do say oh it's too early for a pattern etc just incase as they may still want you to go in to see if everything is ok xx
