Ugh. It can be awful, can't it? Are you throwing up at all? Or just feeling queasy?
I found that sniffing something minty (often Listerine), drinking fizzy water, and eating kefir and live yoghurt helped the mild nausea in my first pregnancy.

Nothing helped with my second pregnancy where I was chucking my guts up a few times a day. It's rough! Sending solidarity.

Not throwing up yet! I'm sure I'll get there, I just feel super queasy.

Agree with fizzy water, or ginger biscuits. A banana helped me in the night, I had one on my nightstand. Also sometimes I just hung over the loo until I was actually sick which helped if it was really bad.
