6 weeks pregnant and no symptoms

Like zero . Nothing. Just me as before but definitely pregnant .

Has anyone experienced this? I'm worrying that lack of symptoms is a sign something's wrong

I don't get any symptoms in pregnancy ... honestly until baby starts moving the only way I know I'm pregnant is because I've peed on a stick and had a scan! With DS1 I didn't find out until 12 weeks because I had zero Symptoms and bleeding that I assumed was my normal light periods!
