Storing sterilised bottles

I've had a baby girl on monday and I seem to keep sterilising the same bottles over and over whether I've used them or not. I was wondering if there's any way of storing the sterilised bottles in a safe manner so that I don't re-sterilise it with the bottle I've just used.

If you have a cold water steriliser you can just leave the bottles in the steriliser until you're ready to use them, just make sure you change the water regularly (usually every 24hours, will say on the box of sterilising tablets). And congratulations!

You could store an empty bottle (assembled to stop bugs getting inside/on teat) for up to 24hrs, as long as you use clean hands & tongs when removing them from steriliser.
