Nub/Skull Theory

Hi everyone!
Am new so not sure if I'm even posting in the right place Grin
I am currently 14+4 and had my 12 week scan a couple of weeks ago and was wondering if anyone had any guesses on my scan nub/skull theory? This is our third and last baby and we are trying all the gender guess tests before our gender scan at 16 weeks!
