When is best to take a FRER?

Hi All

Post #1 and super new to this. Me and my OH have been TTC since mid July 19 when I came off the pill, with AF making her appearance.

I'm currently 9 DPO and had a few weird feelings over the past few days; weird empty stomach feeling, tender boobs, major tiredness, blocked nose and ears (only as soon as I wake up and as I go to bed at night), and have been permanently cuddling a hot water bottle for a week.

I've ordered some FRER, as AF isn't due until Wednesday next week, and want to try and test this weekend, as we are supposed to be hosting a party and don't feel like drinking just in case...

Can you recommend if it is better to try as soon as i wake up (with overnight wee) or to wait and do it with the second one in the morning? Sorry if its TMI x

Yes. First thing in the morning with a full bladder. Better chances of the test detecting hcg. Fingers crossed for you!

I think it depends on the individual, my lines were always pretty similar whether I tested in the morning or afternoon! I got my bfp at 11dpo in the afternoon on a FRER Smile good luck!

Thank you both. Fingers crossed it's a BFP this weekend!
