How to cope with stress induced IBS

Hi all, I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant and despite knowing this, Universal credit have been harassing me about getting ready to go back to work, I've had a meeting with a work coach where literally after telling her I was expecting (and holding under 2 yrs DS on my lap) she said I had 2 weeks to create an up to date CV. I did this and now I've been told I have to attend a 6 week course about getting ready to go back to work or they will stop our money. DH works full time but we still rely on the help we get for rent etc. Anyway all this has made me feel really stressed and has brought on some very painful IBS. I didn't click at first and thought I'd eaten something dodgy but now I recognise it as I've had it before when very stressed, my heartburn has also gone through the roof and I'm constantly sipping gavisgon. Does anyone have any tips on coping with IBS when pregnant? Sorry for the long rambling post
